Thangka 2020
Thangkas are traditionally Tibetan Buddhist paintings,
usually backed by and surrounded with silk
so they can be rolled up and transported. Most thangkas are intended
for personal meditation or
communicating important information. “Lemur Thangka”
celebrates a Mongoose mother and
child “blessed” by a divine dove who showers upon
them hope for their continued survival.
